Independent Physical Therapy (IPT) is owned and directed by Thomas J. Cipolla, PT. Prior to entering private practice in 1973, Mr. Cipolla was a director of the Physical Therapy Department at Carson Inter-Community Hospital. Having been in private practice for over 30 years, Mr. Cipolla is an established and highly respected professional in the community.
